Introduction We never had a time, as we have now, throwing a challenge to the Hindus across the entire world to prove that it  is serious about their identity as well as survival.  There never was such a crisis for Hindus before.   Introduction   (Arya Vaidya Sala, main hospital building in Kottakkal, Kerala) Growing up in a village with a population of less than a thousand in 1950s/1960s, I have the memories of always being treated for most of the ailments by my mother using home remedies. It is said that the kitchen of a Bharatiya is a medicine cabinet.
